Since Friends came off the air Matthew has had some setbacks. He had several failed TV shows and struggled with drug and alcohol abuse, which may account for the weight gain. These days things are looking up for the actor. No, he’s not back to his ‘Chandler Bing body,’ but his alcohol and drug use seem to be under control and he has a TV show called The Odd Couple on CBS.
