10. Be Careful With Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits are good for you, so they should not be cut out of your diet. However, citrus fruits have a lot of citric acid, which is not good for the enamel on your teeth. If your enamel is damaged, it is easier for stains to take hold. Therefore, if you do enjoy a citrus fruit, try and either brush your teeth following the meal or rinse your mouth out with water.
