Have you ever got up in the middle of the night because of a massive cramp? If you have not, you probably have no idea how it feels likes to get up with cramps in your legs or arms. The  pain is severe and the seeing your leg muscles contracting like in the video is not a pleasant experience. This will remind of you of special effects in sci-fi movies.

The video given above shows the calf cramp of a guy. He was playing Frisbee outside and when he got back home, he experienced something weird in his leg. I think the guy should eat a banana to supply his leg muscles with some potassium. What do you think folks?

This Beat Boxer Draws in an Extra Large Crowd Thanks to One Talented Old Lady

Beat boxer Ammar Dafri is used to getting a pretty good crowd when he sets up on the street and shows of his skills, but we bet he wasn’t expecting quite the crowd he got when this old lady, with her full head of grey hair and handbag-sized dog to boot, joined him!

The woman, yet to be identified, must have been a professional dancer in her past, because she moves to his beats like she was born to do it. We’re just amazed she didn’t break a hip, especially near the end when she sort of floats down to the ground, still keeping time with Ammar’s beats (not to mention his harmonica skills).
