BASHAR AL-ASSAD
People really hoped Bashar would become a good leader. This though changed through the way he handled the Arab spring protests which led to the rise of the civil war. He created many extermination centers in Syria and was either directly or indirectly responsible for many human injustices in Syria although the picture in his younger days depicts him as a good kid full of warmth and love.
