AILEEN WUORNOS worked as a prostitute and killed 7 men in Florida between 1989 and 1990. She claimed all of these men had either raped her or attempted to, and that the murders were in complete self-defence. Although only found guilty of 6 murders she was sentenced to the death penalty and killed by lethal injection in 2002.
