House Hunters features young couples who have been pre-approved for huge mortgages, they are concerned about paint color and granite bench tops along with the required en-suite that they will mention at every turn.
They compare 3 homes and then decide as dramatically as possible which one they will choose. It seems that the houses have already been decided on before the show will accept them, and they set their friends homes up as the other potential homes to choose from.
