If you follow the advice of the Pick Up Artist, you need to approach ladies like a pack of animals, separating your prey from from the pack and then using your dashingly good looks to create an air of mystery, while you act as aloof as you can. The basic idea was to take nerds who couldn’t pick up and hook them up with Pick Up Artists to help them find their match, or at least near enough to it.
It turns out that the nerds were hired and it was obvious that the producers already knew who was going to be the winning Pick Up Artist.
