This name can not be mentioned without evoking the memories of atrocities done to victims of the Nazi soldiers in the world war two. Dr. Joseph Mengele performed numerous experiments on prisoners of war i the Nazi concentration camps, some of which were outright torture. His face, even as a child, depicts a man who had no compassion for humanity, who would do anything as long as they acquired what they wanted. The doctor was believed to have fled to Brazil where he drowned later on escaping a wild wide manhunt that wanted him caught and tried for crimes against humanity.
