In the photo Fred West looks normal and its so saddening that he would turn out to be a sick sadistic serial killer with no regard for human life.
Fred West together with his wife committed many atrocities to a number of young girls some of whom were their relatives. They killed at least 12 people, after torturing and raping them, and buried them around their home. Fred killed himself before being caught but his wife was caught and given life imprisonment for her crimes and their house demolished.
