Well, Thomas was born a female but then transitioned into a man when he was 23 years old. That’s after he had participated in Miss Teen Hawaii USA pageant where he was finalist. Thomas became popular when his photo while pregnant as a man went viral across the United States and all over the world. He even made documentaries of his pregnancy and of how he gave birth.
